"Our Boston was boarded at a larger place in Findlay and came home very neurotic after each stay. When we went to Bel-Air we shared our concerns and they were great to call & text us with updates on how he was doing. Another review talked about the weekend hours but, our experience has been Bel-Air has been flexible when we communicate in advance."
"Place was okay, but they have terrible weekend hours. They even had the gull to charge me for an extra night because I didn't pick up my dog before 5:00 - They have NO HOURS before 5:00 to pick up on Sunday. And when I tried to voice how this seemed unfair as it's their hours not mine that stopped me from getting him earlier, all Laurie the owner could do was blab on about how none of it was worth not having a family life to run the kennel and she does not accommodate customers. She told me she won't board a dog for a Saturday night without charging double. Not sure why she has a business that she doesn't want to run. OH, and she told me my dog had a girlfriend he liked being with. Real nice. I NEVER ok'd my dog to be put with others!! Yikes."
