"I have no experience with the grooming provided by this place as when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was refused service. I was told my dog was bigger than most dogs of his breed. The owner said she was unable to lift him. I offered to help and was told she didn't work that way. Nothing is listed on the website about weight limits nor wss I told. about this prior to my appointment."
