"Paid for services 1.5 years ago. Due to covid was only able to get two sessions in. I contacted regarding resuming sessions. Was told middle of July. Never heard anything back until the end of July when i asked for a refund. I wanted a refund of services not completed because i have become very busy and was tired of the wait. Have sent many messages regarding refund and no reply about getting one back. She did reply that NOW she will get my sessions in. It’s a little late for that and just want what money is owed and again no response. Again just want money owed i don’t want any further training. It’s been over a year and a half and i am just wanting a refund. I was available up until end of July this year and just want what money is owed."

"I would definitely recommend American Blue Collar to anyone who needs a good dog trainer! I had trained my 1 1/2 year old dog, Ginny, when she was a puppy, but now as a busy college student I no longer had the time to continue working with her consistently nor socialize her properly. She started to get out of hand, and I realized that I needed help. I signed up for a six week one-on-one training program with Kim, the owner of American Blue Collar, and was very pleased with how knowledgeable she was with handling and training Ginny. Kim was super friendly, and I really appreciated how willing she was to work with my schedule and how affordable it was!"
