"Horible staffing! They left my mother sit on a bed pan for hours! They ignore call lights or just turn it off and not deal with what needs done! Say they are capable of dealing with a stroke patient and they DO NOT know how to take care of one!! They do not give medication when they are supposed to or say they try to give you medication when in fact they did not try to give her anything! They did the same with the room mate of my mothers! My mothers 87 year old room mate had to go in the hall and yell for help to get my mom assistance! They have patients sharing a room that looks like it should only be a room for one person and what they call a restroom for the room is just a toilet with a door on it, its not big enough for you to even go in and use it with the door shut so there is no privacy!! They do NOT care about the patients in the facility!!! do NOT put your family member in this facility!!!"

"My niece fell out of bed and they didn't have her checked and on the sixth day took her to the ER. They xrayed her hip it was broke. She had surgery this morning. I want to know who dropped the ball. I m very upset and her insurance will not let her move to Sabina rehab. We are lost at what to do for her care. Can't trust this place to take care of her!!"

"I was sent to Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation from Clinton Memorial Hospital to rehab and recover from a broken ankle, which required surgery and no weight-bearing for 6-8 weeks due to my physical limitations due to prior strokes, I was unable to use crutches or a walker. After two weeks of physical and occupational therapy, I am being successfully discharged as a patient at Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation on March 5th 2022. Therapy not only helped me rehab from my ankle injury, but so also helped me build strength and coordination from mt previous strokes. Nurses, aides, administration, and maintenance all contributed to my success."

"This has been best place I have ever been for rehab. Great nurses, great food, great aides. Everyone here is just so good to me. The therapist are caring and make sure I’m not hurting. The aides and nurse come whenever I need them and you feel like you are the only one they are taking care of. The food is great and they give you plenty of it."

"I was here before and I had a great experience in the past. Thank you for taking such good care of me this time. The aides have been wonderful. Housekeeping does a really good job and are very pleasant. Most of the food was good, thanks to the cooks. Thanks to the administrator for accommodating my needs and changing my room to a private room which made my stay even better."
