"Easily the worst service and dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. I stood for 6 minutes as the only person in line with 5 employees behind the counter, before one looked up to acknowledge me. Then she just said “we don’t have tomato’s or brisket.” Would recommend the Jersey Mikes down the road over this place."
"I've personally not had a bad experience. Always fast, always good. I live nearby by and go often. They are quite busy and , sometimes, the dining room needs attention."
"I understand during rush hours they back up, but when you got lines out the door and have folks waiting in like 10-20 mins just to tell them at the counter we’re out of chicken, rice, sour cream, lettuce and drinks…. Why would you not put or post a note on the door vs leave everyone wait to find out and then complain leaving and mad? Also online ordering same thing why allow an order to process and charge me when you have nothing to make it? Now you’ve taken my $ hostage till it’s returned!"
"We've dined at this location twice now. Once in the evening and once in the afternoon, never during a rush. Both times the service has been lacking. We were never greeted and and everyone we talked to was either silent or short with us. This includes at the register. The portion sizes were very, very small. I've worked for chipotle previously and I'm familiar with the typical portions. We are polite and easy to work with customers and there was no reason for us to have had the experiences we've had at this location. While this location is the most convenient for us to get to, we will now go out of our way to give our business to someone else."
"Every time we come here the place is destroyed. The dining area is filthy, they are always out of multiple things and service is junk. Not an adult worker to be found. Here are pics of a random visit. If the public area is this bad I can’t assume the sanitary areas are better."
