"As a fellow tenant in the same building, I was appalled by the behavior of Harmony Bay. During their renovation they hired a contractor who played loud, vulgar, and racist music that disturbed our work and offended our patients. We had to call maintenance several times to get them to stop, but they did not care. They showed no respect for their own reputation or for the other businesses in the building. This is not the kind of company that belongs in Upper Arlington, a city that values diversity and civility. I doubt they will survive here for long, as they have alienated their potential customers and neighbors. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are a disgrace to the business community."

"I'll start by saying that the provider is awesome. That said, the records department is awful. My family doctor submitted paperwork to transfer my records over almost a month ago. I have left 2 voicemails in the past 2 weeks, and tried waiting in queue for the records dept... in which I waited forever during business hours with no answer. Meanwhile I'm out of refills, and I'm stuck in limbo with no guidance. At the very least, they could have returned my calls to let me know what I need to do to continue to receive care while I wait for the records to be transferred. Very disappointing. I also had a couple issues during my care with HB with getting my RXs due to a widespread medication shortage. My provider told me to call him back directly and let him know if he needed to transfer the script in order to get it filled. When I called back to provide the pharmacy that can fill them, they refused to transfer me to him on 2 separate occasions and forced me to a general mailbox, resulting in me going without for extended periods of time because I travel for work and couldn't get them filled before traveling. Perhaps this is what I should expect when working with providers that are part of a big chain. HB is very impersonal, inattentive and rigid in practices to fault. Again, the provider is awesome and tried to be helpful. It's his supporting team that let me down, and I cannot continue to receive care like this. Suggest adding messaging capabilities to your portal so that folks can interface with providers directly."

"When I found Harmony Bay, I was so afraid that I had suffered so long with my anxiety and depression that there would be no help for me. Was I ever so wrong! The whole process of getting scheduled was quick and easy. The customer service is excellent and my psychiatrist is AMAZING!! 5 stars are not enough. I highly recommend Harmony Bay"

The people who answer the phones for scheduling were also very wonderful and so helpful getting me started with all of my appointments.
