"I dropped my pup, who is 8 months old at 10 AM for grooming, It is now 5:29pm and we just got her back! Her cut is wayyyyy too short for her bread, she’s a Yorkie Tzu. When my husband walked into the shop the owner was leaving and ONLY returned due to him paying by card, then she asked him who he was picking up… she commented OH I FORGOT about her! How do you forget a dog??? The groomer was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to myself and my husband. She was making up all kinds of excuses and then after my husband left she then came out of her shop continuing to yell obscenities at him. We both are very upset and angry about how our puppy looks. Please I begggg you DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO HER! She is a wack job! She scheduled 15 dogs for 2 people!!!!"
"I brought my long haired cat in to get shaved completely for summer. Angela was easy to book with and the appointment went very smoothly. She was gentle with him being his first time and I could not be happier with the whole experience."
"We took our golden retriever to Angela’s once before and she did a great job, giving her a sanitary trim and taking great care of her. HOWEVER, we returned a few months later to get the same service and we picked our dog up and she was completely shaved down, like a poodle. Any groomer who is in business knows that golden retrievers should NEVER be shaved down to their skin. Not only was she fully shaved down, it’s completely uneven and a total hack job. We specifically told her we wanted a sanitary trim and to NOT shave her down. I am extremely disappointed and sad to even have to leave this review, but I would caution taking your long hair dogs here for grooming services that include a “trim”. Attached are the before and after photos - so unbelievable."
