"The counselors do not stick to the schedule promised. Was conveyed a date and time for the next session. On the day of I called, as I didn't get any reminder emails or texts, was told there is no appointment scheduled."

"My step daughter likes her counselor and she helped her through some attitude adjustment issues we had. With that being said, my husband, my step daughters mom and I do not care for the counselor. We were discussing how we restricted electronic time and how it has helped with some of the attitude problems we were having. The counselor condescending chuckled and said, well ... then... maybe restrict her electronic time...... seems like a solution to me. We said our daughter was still having accidents and maybe it could be another UTI or maybe it was something else but she wouldn't tell us why it was happening. My thinking is: it's a medical issue or something is going on and this is her way of "acting out". The counselor wasnt helpful at all. Said lack of liquids could cause a UTI. ---- yes, thank you. Should I hold my daughter down and make her chug water? Counselor asked us why we came back for this follow up if we felt our daughter was doing fine. Why not just cancel? I would not reccomend her to anyone. I feel terrible that I let my daughter come to so many visits without me meeting the counselor first. Shame on me for not doing my homework."
