"It was a good experience. We were traveling from Florida We had found a very young kitten in distress while at a friend's house in Cincinnati. The cat had an eye infection and an upper respiratory infection. The intake process was simple, and the workers were very nice and helpful. We had to leave the cat at the rescue, but we felt confident that the caring people there would take good care of her."
"Jim was helpful, until I sent him the deposit for bloodhound service. I literally paid him at 11:24 and found my cat immediately after. I notified him 15 minutes after sending the deposit and he refused to give me any of my $375 deposit back. I asked for a partial refund of $175 as he did help with signs and he did have some time talking to me about recovery strategies but his response was "The nonrefundable deposit is nonrefundable"."
