"This place is an absolute joke! They don’t care about you in any way! Sat in the waiting room for over an hr to find out the counselor wasn’t even there. My husband had an intake apt and they always have an excuse why they can’t schedule him another appointment! This place should be shut down! Not to mention I paid the co pay for the appointment that I didn’t get and never got a refund. They didn’t even have the Curtesy to use it for another appointment co pay. I basically paid them For me to sit in the waiting room!"

"I scheduled a new patient appointment, showed up at the office 15 minutes early. Nobody was at the front desk. When a staff member realized I was there she asked who I was waiting for. I said I had an appointment and she informed me the therapist cancelled all her appointments for that day. I told her I never received a call/voicemail or any notification that it was cancelled. They were apologetic, but I told them I will not be rescheduling as if this is the way they conduct business with new clients, I’m not comfortable going on a regular basis."

"Had a interaction with the billing staff person today. She was not kind, she was acting as tho my $25 co pay was past duw by $2500 and was extremely rude. I do customer service support. Have for 38 yrs and would never speak or act like in this manner w a client. Thank Goodness I love Lynell and the in house PHD! She should NOT interact with clients. Period."

"I never received a full hour of therapy. After every session the therapist would try to schedule me a month out when I needed weekly at least. The therapist was always late. Twice she wasn’t at the office for my scheduled appointment. Good luck getting return calls. Doesn’t matter if you’re clearly in distress when you call. The NP who prescribed the meds is even more disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone. Wasted a lot of time and money."

"Horrible service. This is a place where people go for anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues and the front office staff only seem focused on contributing to it. The Office Manager is consistently rude, never seeming to care about the patients at all or their mental health. Wait times are embarrassing; you sit for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledges you're there and then you wait another 30 minutes. I've given them a LOT of slack because they're the closest psych place that accepts my insurance, but I just can't take it anymore. Doctors are wonderful, but the office staff are rude, dismissive, and terrible."
