"I started at this place after loss. Met with a counselor for 6 weeks. I didn’t feel we had the best connection and that she truly understood. I told her I thought it would be best to meet with a group specific for loss. She NEVER emailed me back. I emailed her again to confirm she got the email and she still never emailed me back. I then emailed the main email and still never heard back. It’s so sad because you share so much over 6 weeks and she clearly didn’t care. Made me realize that I definitely did the right thing. I would not recommend them, unfortunately."
