"Best Buy is great but you have to make sure you are very thorough when communicating about price adjustments. I was told they do price adjustments and was not made aware of any exclusions. I went to price match something I found cheaper during Black Friday. Then I came Black Friday and was told they don't price match Black Friday. Sure, no problem. I come back Saturday then get told they don't price match until the following Tuesday because Black Friday. Rather than play the game I just returned the item. Instead of price adjusting it to make up the $50 dollars they missed out on $180. Either way, Best Buy is great and they helped me choose the item and customer service is typically great."
