"Wow..twice I've gone here..nobody talks to u just all stand behind the counter..u have to walk up and interrupt their conversation to ask a question..which they just pull an answer out of this air..also I'm sorry but 1 baby doll for girl no dolly things at all! No trains or marbles, the kaleidescope everyone was making fun of u only saw white..really really bad selection.."
"While they have some great merchandise, it is very over-priced. I can buy the same things for cheaper on Amazon without having to go to a mall and deal with being watched like we're going to steal things from the moment we arrived until we left. You sell kids toys - I have kids - they will touch things. If you don't want them excitedly touching the kids things, don't be a kids toy store! They are kids, not criminals."
"Love the items they carry, almost like a mini toys r us. Just wish the items weren't so overpriced. It's not even a subtle up-pricing - just gouging at that point. However it's impossible to walk in the mall without my kids wanting to stop there even for just a small item I could get at target for quite literally half the price."
"I have mixed feelings about this one , I feel the service for all needs improvement. I feel everyone should be treated equally regardless of race when we all have the same ability to pay . I had a tender experience at the Crocker park location and it left a bad taste in my mouth , I did ask if they were apart of the Strongsville store and was relieved to be told that they were not . Guess who won’t be shopping there .///"
"Going into this store is like taking your first step into mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium. I brought my kids here for the first time and they went bananas for everything that was in there, I've never seen my child's eyes light up so much from seeing so many toys and a wide variety of choices for him to pick from. The staff was very helpful when it came to picking a toy for my child especially because it was his birthday. My son made a new friend playing in their imaginative area. After that day my son spent a whole week talking about the magic store at the mall. Thank you so much for feeling my child's imagination I've never seen him happier, and I've never been a proud of mom"
