"My husband recently went to the Kohls store in Strongsville and were pleasantly surprised. I dont recal ever being in a Kohls store that was so neat, organized, well signed and well stocked. The store is very large and if you cant find what you want then you most likely dont need it! Looking forward to going back and when I have time t cruise the isles without my husband ;)."

"What a filthy Kohl’s department store, very unorganized trashy looking on the inside clothes thrown on the floor and on top of racks also they have their trucks just sitting out on the floor in the customers way just waiting for somebody to fall on. The manager seem excessively rude and obviously they’re understaffed by putting signs up saying that they are understaffed which in reality the sign should say we do not pay well so nobody wants to work here which is the truth . And to be honest they should just pull the plug on this place and put it out of its misery I used to love Kohl’s But this place is like the Titanic, and it’s sinking faster can’t wait for the closing sale"
"Love the convenience since it's right by Southpark, but the customer service is horrible. No one says "Hello how are you?" Or "Excuse me," when employees run into customers. Also, for it being Strongsville, their store is very messy and not well kept. Hard to find items and sizes. The building temperature is very warm and uncomfortable. Bathrooms smell like they haven't been cleaned."
