"This place has serious management issues. I am perfectly fine with a 2 star hotel however the cut backs and lack of management is evident. First off we stayed 4 nights and I don’t understand the people saying the breakfast was great. All 4 mornings almost everything was gone, no cups, forks, plates, most of if not all the hot items were gone. Each morning I had to ask them to bring food out which usually took 30min. They have one poor guy doing everything including the cleaning. They do not have a front desk manager on weekends. When we arrived they had no xtra pillows but they did find some more the next day. The room was covered in stains as you can see by the pictures, (can’t add pictures luckily for them) bathroom door did not lock and had a 1/2” gap. The front desk staff, cleaning people are very kind and do their best but with no management this hotel was a huge let down from someone who is not very picky. I will not be staying again"

"Been here since january 5th today is january 23 my room has never been cleaned. I requested 2 days in a row to make sure i was on the list of rooms to get a full cleaning. I come home to this. Trash left in the room with dirty gloves counter tops not wiped or cleaned. Bathroom not cleaned. Sheets not changed. I go to the front desk to see why my room wasnt done properly and they didnt apologize for my inconvenience and just said we can give you sheets so you can change them myself. I am very disappointed in the service here. First time happened to me with hilton."

"Easy access from freeway & plenty of parking. Pleasant stay, quiet even with kids swimming during our stay. Staff was friendly & courteous, lots of free amenities which was much appreciated & noticed! Pet friendly with things for them also! Free breakfast was very good w/ great selections considering what most offer these days! Only thing noticed was housekeeping...housekeepers were friendly but did have some discrepancies in the room. Love that Hilton offers refillable bottles in shower but shampoo was empty. Beds were so-so, pillows just sink when you lay on them. Overall a good stay, would consider staying again!"

"The hotel itself was decent enough, nice spacious rooms, comfy bed, comfy furniture, decent sized bath, it has all the amenities you would expect. The problem was with the breakfast in the morning. When your told its at 6am, you expect it to be 6am, not 6:10 and counting. When your traveling for work, your mostly looking for convenience, and when your day starts early, a 6am start needs to mean a 6am start. Also, front desk staff seems a bit to apathetic for my taste, both during check-in, the lack of urgency from their kitchen staff, and from the check-out process. It's too bad, it really has the potential to be a super solid hotel."

"Great location. Area seemed nice and lots of businesses and restaurants around. Great location off highway as we passed through. Overall, nice hotel. Nice small pool. Lobby area was clean and organized. We were upgraded to a one bedroom mobility suite, which was a nice surprise. Great space. It was REALLY cold when we got in the room. The only complaint was the feather pillows were so flat, I felt like I didn't have a pillow. No extra blankets just a thin cover. Breakfast was good. Bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, plus variety of juices. Hot waffle, and premade omelet and breakfast sandwiches. Good breakfast included in the price. Overall recommend for overnight."
