"I usually don’t leave reviews however this time I thought it was necessary. I have stayed at this property last year, however after staying last month, I noticed many things have changed for the better. I had asked the front desk and they informed me the property is under new management. Definitely was noticeable and I was impressed with the changes made thus far! The staff is friendly and professional, overall was a great stay and I can’t wait to come back again soon especially with the changes being made with the new management."

"Certainly wouldn't recommend. The pool was down for maintenance and only a few channels came through on the TVs (traveling with two 4 year olds, having no pool or Disney/Nickelodeon channels was extremely frustrating). On top of that, the toilet ran non-stop and wouldn't always work. The furniture was cut up and damaged. The thermostat didn't control the temp so we were stuck with the room being 75 degrees, and people were outside of the room at 2am throwing bottles into the lobby and being loud. The broken glass wasn't cleaned up until sometime after breakfast, and this happened in the breakfast area. Thankfully neither of my kids got cut on the glass. Easily one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had."

"The staff makes this hotel special. Fabulous service warm smiles and great attitudes from each and everyone of the staff. The hotel itself is in dire need of a facelift too top to bottom in every area. The staff keeps the facility clean but they can only do so much with what they have to work with. The elevators are down on a continuous basis and the pool was closed the entirety of our stay. Still I’d stay there again if for no other reason than to see the staff again."

"It was an okay stay, my house lost power and would be out for multiple days in freezing temperatures. So I had to pack up my cats and take us somewhere warm. I’m thankful there are hotels that allow animals for situations like this. The hotel is okay, very dated. Our room was not the cleanest. The vents were covered in a thick layer of dust and the kitchenette drawers still had big crumbs in them. I was not the most impressed with the staff as after I checked in I had two big crates with cats, all of my luggage and supplies for my pets. And when I asked where the dollies are, they just said “oh, we must not have any right now.” Just staring at me. Every hotel I’ve ever been a staff member would offer to come help me carry everything up to my room if one was not available. They did let me do an early check in as my house was 30degrees and I was very urgently trying to get my cats somewhere warm, I am thankful for that! Breakfast was the most annoying part, starts at very early, like 6-6:30am and ends at 9??? All hotels typically end at 10am. That is way too early for people on vacation."

"The hotel was beautifully designed but the service there is the lowest grade. I told everyone I approached good morning with no reply back. No one greets you at all. I asked for my room to be cleaned for 5 days no one cleaned it till after I extended the stay. The black lady at the bar is rude and always has a mean face and never smiles. The older gentleman was very nice and helpful. The older lady at the front desk cut me off when I tried explaining the difficulties I was having with my room being service. This could be a very nice hotel if"
