"After viewing 15 other places, moving here is absolutely the best decision I have ever made. With my FULL kitchen, double length balcony and 4 spacious closets and a reasonable square foot for the price I couldn't think about calling anywhere else home. Our small little community is tight and looks out for eachother. The management is remarkable as they are always willing to go the extra mile to lesson and help with any issues along with even going out of their way to bring events and activities for all ages enjoy. Maintenance is fast acting and highly respectable as they care for you home as if it's there. Even my thearpy dog gets treated as if she is royalty. She absolutely hates if we have to leave home as she feels safe and extra cozy. Her favorite thing is visiting the leasing office to say hello to Jason, Lisa and Tina. She also enjoys sitting downstairs and talking to all our new friends we have made. I truly love it here, rules are reasonable and respect everyone, an I feel safe."

"Possibly the best kept secret in Mayfield Heights! You'll know what I am saying the moment you walk into the building, the lobby is very cathartic and welcoming with its waterfall and piped in music. Looking up gives it a distinctive feel and vibe. I know not, what the secret is, but you will never hear your neighbor,s its quiet as heck. Its tucked away from the roads and maybe the walls have something to do with it along with the undersaid rule of the community but its that way - quiet. The elevators are modern and not some junkie death trap. I say this because I have a phobia for elevators and I don't feel any phobia with these ones lol! The upgraded apartments have new ovens and dishwashers. They also have disposers build into the sink which ensures there is no clogging (not sure if that's what they are called but you know what I mean!). Equally important are the people who manage the show and run the place. Verry professional, very nice and will fix whatever might need fixed quick. I got friends around the greater Cleveland area and I lived in a condo for six years and this aspect is very important and top notch folks running the show here. In my opinion, this is a dealbreaker. Has pool and grills at the back that can be used over summers. They also have a pool table as well in the lobby. Parking is not an issue. There is covered options too but I drive a Jeep - we stay outside, its a Jeep thing! :) I can't think of any complaints really, but if you are a party animal, this place is most surely NOT for you. People who live here are respectful and some have lived here for years. Good harmonious mix of folks and everyone gets along fine. If you are a young professional and/or single, you'll like the chilled out vibe. You'll like this place!"

"Hamilton House is the wonderful place I have called home for over seven years. As a single woman, I have always felt safe living here. My privacy is respected . I am also able to interact with the other tenants and the friendly, helpful staff and management at any time. There is an outdoor pool that I enjoy during the warm weather season. Monthly activities are also planned. The buildings are always immaculately clean. I plan to continue to live at Hamilton House for a long time."

"This place used to be nice, but it's turned for the worse. Good luck finding a working washing machine or enjoying some quiet time. It's a rip-off too; just saw they jacked the rent on my old apartment up almost $350/mo for whoever is unlucky enough to become the new tenant."

"I pay $45.00 dollars monthly to park my vehicle in the garage. Why does maintenance always block the electric eye that controls the garage door. They keep it open during the entire shift. I feel that my vehicle and other vehicles are not being protected from theft or vandalism. Anyone can walk into the garage. I have brought this concern to the attention of the management office. As of today 4/4/23 the garage door remain open."
