"Our journey started about 10 years ago trying to get our residency through out a job. We did have a lawyer at the time that abandoned our case, we never new why, but right there and then Kavitha Bhagat took our case and back then save us from a 10 year punishment that the USA Embassy was claiming we were in fault of but she won our appeal. Although the appeal was a great win for us, we had to wait until our son turned 21 to start our process for an Immigrant Visa through out family so we had to stay in Argentina, Cordoba. Our son turn 21 on 2021 so Kavitha started the case with him and guide him all throughout until the the very end or should I say a happy ending.
