"After booking I read reviews and was very nervous. It was non refundable so I figured I would make the best of it. My only complaint was parking, there was really only room for 2 cars while valet parking. I ended up having to drive around the block once, but not a huge deal. Valet was very quick and every one was very helpful with luggage. Front desk staff were very kind and quick to get us checked in. The hotel is inside of a very old building, but everything is updated and clean inside. The room was huge and very comfortable. I was beside an elevator and didn’t hear much noise at all. Over all, I was very happy and would stay again. Don’t let the reviews scare you off!"
"We stayed here for our engagement party last weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind to not only my family but all of our guests too! The rooms were very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Cincinnati!"
"Stayed here for the Bengals game. Parking here is weird, but there is a valet which i guess i should have used. The garage is not clearly marked. The hotel was ok but you can see its age. It looks like someone tried to break into my room and several of the other rooms.(it didn't happen during my stay), but these doors should be replaced. The room itself is ok. Nice sitting area and decent kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is where it's really lacking. The shower/tub is old. The shower head is from like 1992. It's like the rest of the room was renovated except the bathroom."
"Very convenient location downtown. Valet parking. Rooms are actually better than some pricer hotels a couple of blocks away. "Free" breakfast is... regrettable, and forgettable. But there is a decent coffee shop next door so you can easily grab an espresso drink. The exterior looks very dated but once you get on the elevator to the lobby all is well. Rooms are also notably quiet and spacious"
