"I was very blessed to have this extremely astute physician as my doc when I was pregnant. I was over 35 at the time of my pregnancy so I was considered to be high risk even though I was and still am in good general health. Dr. Mirau was great in my opinion....attended to details, extremely consciousness and thorough. She is also very friendly, warm, and very nice. I was so lucky that I happened to end up with her. One of my friends worked with her regular obgyn doc through her pregnancy and then when she finally delivered her baby it was a totally new doc!! I guess they said something like whatever doc was working that day would do it! I thought that that was strange. That is not how it went for me....Dr Mirau helped to deliver my very precious gift from God and she did a GREAT job. The whole process went very smoothly. She is a very caring and very competent doc in my opinion. Oh! And I don't remember having to wait any excessively long times in the waiting room to see her...but if I had I would not have minded. Her top quality care is worth the wait. With her specialty those docs never know what they are going to encounter...and sometimes patient education can take up some extra time. You never know if she had to deliver devastating news to the patient that was ahead of you. For that reason I put up with any wait from my docs. They have very challenging and stressful jobs. Sometimes if you want top notch care you have to wait for it. I am so lucky that I had her as my doc."

"As someone that works in this field I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Mirau and her staff. This is a small office where you aren't just a number. Dr. Mirau is compassionate and doesn't sugarcoat things the way some physicians do. Her staff is also absolutely wonderful to deal with and when you're pregnant you see them often so this is important! If you have questions, ask anyone in the office and you will get a straight forward answer. I have been a patient for several years and recently delivered my first child with her. I won't go into details but her expertise and intuition got me to the delivery room early (when I DID NOT want to) and I have a healthy baby boy to show for it."

Dr. Mirau does a fantastic job keeping up on how to best treat you and your situation, she sees and treats you as an individual ( as practicing medicine should be). She is very well educated, and spends time to enhance her knowledge as she practices. I know I am in good hands when I see Dr. Mirau, and that she has the best interest in mind when taking care of me, and my pregnancies. Pregnancy can be an overwhelming time, but Dr. Mirau is a kind, honest, intelligent aid/advocate to making it go as smoothly as possible. I could not be more pleased with having Dr. Mirau as my doctor. I had many complications with my pregnancy and Dr. Mirau helped me through them all! She always validated my concerns, and took action. She always called to check in and follow my progress when I went into the hospital for dehydration and at 3 am when my daughter went into distress she was already on her way to the hospital ( she was tracking my progression at home), I could never have felt more safe and well taken care of. She was an advocate for me and my baby when other hospital complications arose. Dr. Mirau treats not only your pregnancy, but you and your baby. She treats you as a whole not individual symptoms. I could not have asked for a more educated, caring doctor who is at the top of her game."
