"So i loved the stay, and was pretty pleased with the room. I only have two complaints. My first one is when we walked in the room, we inspected it a little and i found chewed gum on the wall. there were also crumbs behind the bed. i know it’s easy to miss some things but the gum was pretty gross. The second and most disappointing thing was the breakfast. it was advertised as a complimentary breakfast, so i assumed there would be breakfast. We didn’t pack any food for breakfast because we assumed we didn’t need to. We went downstairs and it was literally just muffins, juice, and coffee. Which would be completely okay if it was advertised as that, but i was really disappointed. Maybe it was a complimentary snack, but definitely not breakfast. Anyways, i enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it to someone looking for a cheap nice place."

"Okay, this is a mixed bag let's start with the complaint in 31 degrees outside you will at least get an actual hot shower with a decent hot water heater; they don't have a decent hot water heater; expect tepid water heat at best. Towels are old and shedding. The add says breakfast make no mistake mini muffins of one flavor, juice, and coffee is NOT breakfast. Actually nothing I can eat because I have to have a protein. Is it to expensive to hard boil some eggs. No napkins no plates. ..so initially you think maybe they are late putting it out. Nope that's it. Tea bags are available but no hot water to make it and Styrofoam cups can not be microwaved. Rooms are clean enough. You would think in the remodeling they would have thought to enclosure the corridors so cold and heat would be easier on guests. Positive- the staff were good a heads up about the muffin only breakfast would have saved me some frustration."

"I love have they have upgrading things in the rooms!!! There is beautiful artwork on the wall. The beds are comfortable and the TV works properly. Everything is kept clean and the property looks nice. They serve coffee and muffins or something in the morning. It was muffins today. I was also able to get ice downstairs which was helpful. There also a few vending machines down there. The staff has been friendly."

"Definitely not worth $83 a night or more, this place was nasty. The picture’s definitely fool you, the mini fridge in the room had mold on the edges of it and you could definitely smell it. The toilet in the room also kept running all night. If you wanna blow dry your hair or straighten it in the bathroom, forget about it, there’s no plug ins! The mattress also had dog hair (so I guess) on it. There were like 3 spiders hanging from webs on the bathroom ceiling. There’s no microwave either, if anyone cares about that. We stayed in room 101. Also, it says they have breakfast but don’t get excited bc they definitely do not, they had like 2 packs of muffins and some coffee laying out. Not trying to judge either but when we checked in, the lady at the front desk was twitching & jerking soooo. Anyways, if you’re gonna spend your money, don’t spend it here."

"Do not stay! Upon arrival the hotel looks like an abandoned apocalyptic home. We had arrived 30 minutes early and was told to wait. Which was understandable I suppose since check in was at 3:00. After receiving a room we walked up concrete steps that had black tape holding them together. The railing on the second floor was sketchy and could fall any minute. Going in our room the air was off so it was very hot so we had to turn it on. Although the room look newly remodeled it wasn't done and had no furniture, amenities, or refrigerator. We left to go to our concert at Riverbend and after returning 6 hours later the room was still hot and ants was eating our food. After complaining we were moved out of our king room to a double bed. This room was better. Waking up the next morning looking forward to our complimentary breakfast it was a disappointment. It consists of coffee, juice, and muffins which I had to ask for. This was the worse experience I've had in a hotel."
