"Nice variety of fish and reasonably priced. Better variety then pet smart and staff is more knowledgeable and helpful. Buyer beware because you only get a 24 hour warranty on fish. I believe if your that confident about your product you should give a longer warranty time because at least at Petsmart they give a 14 day return."

"I've been a long time customer and I've even given them free healthy beautiful fish that they gladly took and I never would have if there was a better place to give them to. But unfortunately I've continued to come back because of their wide selection. But after a very unpleasant conversation with one of their staff over the phone today and being hung up on twice, I will not be wasting my money or time there again. Also I'm not the only person whose noticed or had a bad experience with this place, so please read the reviews before you decide to make this place your go to shop."
