"I will be contacting someone about a refund. This room was not worth the hassle! First we were given the key to another person’s room & walked in on them unknowingly. Then our room had holes in the wall, a torn comforter, torn curtains, the room was absolutely FILTHY, & then housekeeping walked into our room without even knocking first! Absolutely worst stay possible!"

"You get what you pay for I guess. The room itself was clean-ish but,the microwave sounds like it will explode at any second,the shower head was dirty and let's talk about the customer service. Upon check in,the front desk clerk was extremely rude and seemed bothered by the fact that we were there. I had to tell him twice we didn't have a dog with us and he proceeded to shove my receipt at me. Strike one. We've stayed at quite a few choice hotels and this one,has the worst "breakfast" I've ever seen. Broken light sockets,lights that don't work and just a myriad of other things. We'll stay somewhere else from now on"

"this place is extremely rough- you get what you pay for, i guess. we actually stayed in this hotel twice and had an okay experience the first time. this second time around was nightmare after nightmare. we found a cockroach in our room and asked for a room change only to be put in a room with bloody/poopy sheets. there was hair everywhere. on about the second night, an old lady (looking strung out on drugs) knocked on our door at 2 AM and collapsed outside our door. the next night, a lady was screaming at the top of her lungs and we called the front desk out of concern, but they didn’t do anything. this is our last night and that same lady has still been screaming with sketchy people (who seem like dealers) yelling and banging on her door. we can’t wait to leave this place."

"Had I known I would be on the second floor with no elevator or the offer of help getting my things up the stairs, I would have chosen a different hotel. Have stayed here in the past, and it was great! Not sure what has happened, but it is not good!!! Usually, a good hot bath will make my joints feel better, but the water in the tub may have been 90° tops! As I was still hurting, I didn't sleep well and went to the restroom to meet a cockroach on the side of the tub. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work either. Just thankful I wasn't banking on a good breakfast there. Location is what brought me, but I will never be back. The rooms have seen better days. The desk chair was very worn, some lights didn't work, spots on sheets and pillowcases."

"The man who checked me in was not friendly and I had to ask which way to the room. The room was not nice. The carpet and everything was old and worn. Mold visibly coming through the paint on the ceiling. It smelled moldy and musty. The computer chair material was old and peeling. We found a bug in the sheets. The electric outlet at the sink was not working. The location was the only good thing about our experience. If I had allergies I don’t think I would have survived the night. I woke up with a headache and stuffy head. Pretty disappointing for the price. Definitely will not be back."
