Falls at Settlers Walk

"I moved in 2 weeks ago, the master bedroom window is broken and looks terrible, the garage door automatically opens when I'm not home, and when I’m ready go to work, the garage door automatically falls down. It damaged my car's antenna and scratched my car's paint. There wasn’t hot water 1 week , even I let manager knew already. I had 2 kids but no hit water 1 week for us . Inside closet , the shaves by metal they didn’t cover, it very sharp when I organize my clothes ,It’s cut my arm.And pay at home by check online without receiving a check, online payments are $57 every time. We paid in full before moving in, why didn't we receive a fully furnished and complete house? The Falls Settler walk's responsibility Where is the luxury apartment located? Why wasn't the renovation completed before we moved in?"

"When I first toured the community, I was enchanted as from the outside all the units looked nice, and the unit I was shown was great and the same model as the one I would move into. This of course wasn't true as the hardwood floors, fireplace, well-painted walls, and stain-free ceilings were missing in my unit. Since moving in I have had nonstop problems with lost maintenance requests, experiencing a broken garage door for over a month, and a reported leak repair being unanswered for over four months. Additionally, they will enter your unit illegally. Often it seems they look for any shortcut available, asking residents to maintain the pool chemicals instead of professionals, leading residents in the community to feel the improper chemical balancing led their children to get sick. Management is constantly rotating and blaming all the problems on the old management. I would caution prospective residents to avoid this community at all costs."

"The management at Falls was helpful and very nice. They answered all my questions, allowed a tour on short notice, and were open to emails and phone calls on questions or concerns I had after departing the housing office. The apartments are spacious and up-to-date. The have great amenities and they were upfront about their availabilities, unlike some of the other management companies in the surrounding area. We knew once we were shown the apartment that this was the place for us. They even offered us a great deal on moving costs. 10/10 would recommend."

"Wow! What a beautiful experience! Taliah was outstanding, courteous and professional throughout our time with exploring available units and even showing us a few in person. She assisted with our application process and definitely went the extra mile. The property at the falls is well maintained and secure and the units are spacious and well kept. There is a spacious gym, movie theater and computer room as well. This is a really like a home away from home. "I went on a few different tours of apartments in the area and this was my favorite. The garages for secure entry feel so safe. The community is so beautiful and I love that there is a hot tub. Teliah has been very helpful with my tour and correspondence since. I am very excited to become a part of this community."
