"Great place for a solo trip or family trip. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. Great place for kids to burn off some energy and get them out of the house. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The people there are usually pretty friendly as well. Would definitely recommend as a recreation area."

"From out of state. I called about playing pickleball during their open play and asked if it was okay I come play - they said yes and there’s no fee. I drive there just to get told I have to be a member of the Y to even be in there. Wasn’t told that over the phone. Really wanted to play and annoyed I drove there for nothing AFTER calling to check first."

"My family has had membership for years. I'm actual a member at the downtown location but had to travel to this location to receive a response about my hold request. I initial emailed the request (per instructions) January 30th and the automatic email claimed I would receive a response within 5-7 days. So I waited and called last Friday and was told only 1 person could give me an update and that person was out of the office. I was reassured that an email was sent. So Tuesday I called again, and was told the only person that could respond was at the Eastern branch in the afternoon. I showed up at 1pm requesting to speak with the individual, because what's the point of requesting a hold of your account will be debited the next day and you're within the request window. After this I plan to just cancel my membership. Guess the excellent customer ends when you need to request a hold."

"Came here to visit passing through from work. My review only reflects my use of the wellness center. It’s a little dated cosmetically but the nuts and bolts are there. Some of The attachments for the free weight machine were missing,not on the attachment ‘tree’ , or in sight at all. They have two full basketball courts, a pool and two fitness studios. Facilities and locker rooms were clean."

"Great place to visit, other YMCAs in Toledo may be better looking but this one is pretty decent. The best part is a 50m outdoor pool (open only during summer). They have family rates and they have a lot of different programs for people of different interests such as gym, gymnastics, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool etc."
