"I have never boarded my dogs before and was so anxious that I was crying when I dropped them off for their trial overnight. The staff was very reassuring and kind. They called me a few hours later to tell me how happy my dogs were playing with the other dogs. I was able to relax and enjoy myself knowing my dogs were in good hands When I picked them up the following morning I really liked that they didn’t say are you here to pick up Steve and Penny? In stead, they said can I help you and waited for me to tell them who I was picking up. I was reassured once again that not just anyone can see my dogs posted on their site and then go get them. The owners are very engaged and have talked with me every visit about my girls day. I can see her excitement the entire drive there and I’ve included a photo of the after effects of her day.
