"The technicians will refuse to refill a script because they think they are doctors or the actual pharmacist. You have to talk to the pharmacist if there is a problem with a script. They have told me a medication was not in stock and that you have to wait for a delivery,, just to find out they did have some in stock. The wait is absolutely ridiculous through the drive thru. I could go on but I am just switching pharmacies."

Every time it's a new excuse and lack of answers. This one star is one day away from an Ohio Pharmacy Board and BBB complaint."

"The pharmacist recommended medication for a sinus headache when my insurance would not cover the medication prescribed by my physician. I asked for help locating the medication and the dosage she recommended and she was extremely rude and nasty and refused to help. The medication she recommended was for itchy & watery eyes, no help for a sinus headache."
