"Clearly taking the time to complain about the miserable staff at this location has fallen on deaf ears for years. I wasn't going to waste my time as well but can't help myself after moving all my Rx to another pharmacy and having such a pleasant experience. It doesn't hurt that they have a normal drive thru window. My final experience with this DDM location occurred a little over a week ago. I called and said "i'd like to see if my wife's prescriptions are ready", the snotty child on the other end replied "how should i know...what's her name?" it was all i could do not to go off on her but i knew this would be my last experience with this place so i didn't. So i just had those prescriptions moved as well. Please don't reply with any canned responses about reaching out to customer service blah blah blah. this place needs ripped out root and stem. good riddance"
"All the cashiers are Miserable and they are dead set on making YOU miserable because you have the audacity to shop there. Get a new job if you don't like being in customer service. And no need to ever try and call to complain, all the managers do is stock shelves while the front of the store is a dumpster fire. wish I could rate 0. TRASH"
"I love this store because of its convenience, all the great deals and super nice staff... except there's one in the pharmacy that is lacking people skills. She's almost mean! Luckily I only have to go there to pick up an elderly neighbors Rx's now and then, so I don't have to deal with her very often."
"Theresa was extremely rude to her workers and other customers when I was shopping. I was highly disappointed in how she treats her staff. Very unprofessional. I recommend a new general manager so she can be replaced to have a better environment for the workers and customers."
"I have not had occasion to visit this store in several years. I will happily revisit it in the future whenever I'm in the area. What a pleasant experience I had on April 26! Beginning with the staff member at the Courtesy Counter, I was promptly assisted by Theresa C. who kindly guided me through the order pickup process. She very courteously taught the cashier Joyce M. how to process the transaction. Joyce was also very kind and courteous. If you are looking for a store with staff members who will treat you with friendliness and professional courtesy, come visit Discount Drug Mart!"
