"I am so disappointed in the new membership program. What ever happened to the day when you could just go into the store and buy bird supplies. Membership? What is this, Cisco? Why do I need a membership just to buy bird seed. Always enjoyed going to the small store concept. Now it’s this big marketing ploy and if you have a membership the seed is this price and if you don’t, then it’s that price. I just want to go into the store and buy my seeds, of which I have done for years now. Even a store clerk had to pull out her calculator to try to explain the new concept. After years of buying my bird supplies there, I am looking and going elsewhere. Way too complicated for me, just to buy bird supplies."
