"This our second time using stock and boarding for our dog chance... Both time it was a great experience.. we left him there for 5 days... And when we got back... He was healthy and happy and happy to see us... It was clean and neat environment and even the other dogs where happy... "Very very upset with my experience here. Do not recommend!! Don’t let the prices sway you to board here. I will never again leave my dogs here. We left our 2 dogs here for 1 week and after dropping them off I was immediately worried about them. Over a dozen dogs barking their heads off and looked as if no attention was given to them. Outdoor kennels with a nasty bucket of water in each cell. It seems that they aren’t let out at all. I gave the woman instructions on the dogs (how much to feed them, explained and showed pictures of the hair cut I wanted my google doodle to get). She told me to take their collars and leashes home with me and I clarified with her twice. I should have known then. How are they suppose to tell the dogs apart or god forbid one of them got out? I came back from my trip with 2 terrified and sick dogs. My oldest dog lost his voice completely. It has been 3 days since he’s been back and it hasn’t recovered yet. I can only assume this is from him barking nonstop for a week. My 6 month Goldendoodle had a 3 inch sore on her neck and lost weight. After explaining the hair cut multiple times, they cut her down to nothing-opposite of what I wanted. I had to take her to the vet to get checked out and was given antibiotics and a cone so she won’t scratch at it. I wish I would have taken my dogs elsewhere because no care or compassion was given to them."
"This place isn't necessarily bad, it's just not set up for my dogs. We have indoor puppers and this is not the place for indoor dogs. If you have dogs that are used to living outside I think this is a wonderful place to take them. We did keep our dogs here for a couple of days and when we got them back they were healthy and happy. They were overfed, but that probably had something to do with them being happy when we pick them up."
