"Hannah is a very caring groomer. My dog isn't easy to handle and she is so good with him. He is a skittish rescue but warmed up to her quickly and it made me feel better about leaving him. The establishment is clean and my dog always comes home smelling good for weeks!! Hannah is great with communication and punctuality. They have very nice equipment as well...didn't have to worry about my older dogs bad hips because the tub comes down to the floor so she could just walk in easily. She has good business hours and works with you as well which i appreciated very much. I highly recommend the pink pug in Richmond!!"
"We're so pleased with our experience at Pink Pug! Groomer was professional, timely and caring! Our Aussie has a history of trauma prior to his rescue and he is VERY anxious. Hannah was so good with him, helped him stay calm and was very compassionate about his needs! Groomer is also knowledgeable in her field and provided us with much needed education in regards to how to properly care for his specific fur/coat type. Highly recommend this groomer to family and friends!"
