"Worst ever pizza served cold and lacking taste & they messed up order the last 3 times I ordered from there. Also when I place my order some woman answers the phone with a scared sounding Hello ??? As though she’s clueless that she works at a business where you answer hi this is Donotos on Stringtown how may I help you ? She literally answers like it’s her personal phone WHO DOES THAT… to make matters worse she only says she’s a manager when you ask why they are answering their phone like that, as though this makes sense….SO UNPROFESSIONAL…. I won’t be giving them my business anymore the restaurant is dirty inside too."
"Chase from the Stringtown location went above and beyond making sure we got the best service. He stayed after his shift to make sure we were taken care of. I had just worked an 11 hour shift and having friendly service was much needed. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would !!"

"Overall the customer service was excellent, food was ready on time but my pizza was somewhat overcooked. It was a busy Saturday night so I completely understand because they were extremely busy. The manager Andrew decided to remake my order to get it to perfection! Andrew was even kind enough to give me my whole order for free. I was greatly impressed when he told me it was, “on the house!” This location is very representative of what Donato’s stands for and what makes them one of the best pizza chains. The manager along with the staff at this location deserve special recognition for the way that they take care of the customer. This is one of the best locations in central Ohio."
