"I knew Christmas Eve would be busy, so I ordered THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE and still had to wait an hour for my pizza and the only excuse was "we're busy it's Christmas Eve." Yes. I know that. That's why I ordered YESTERDAY. Everything else we ordered from other places was cold by the time we got this order. Everyone else we ordered from yesterday had our orders ready.
