"Not the Pizza Hut that I remember growing up. Pizza was okay and hot when I picked it up. The employees couldn't seem to figure out how to make the cash drawer work and the Door Dash drivers kept sniping at each other and cutting in front of the other customers. The employee seemed new and may have just required a little more training but the overall experience was meh."
"Had issues with ordering on-line & couldn't redeem any rewards so had to call. Ordered the pizza from an offsite central ordering service but was told they couldn't do anything about redeeming reward points. Went to pick up order & explained the issue to the manager & he stated they were having issues with on-line orders so he gave us the order of breadsticks free. Great customer servive for something he hsd no control over."
