"Ordered our swing set well before Easter. Took probably over a month to arrive. When arrived, the pole did not come because they forgot them in warehouse. Took another 5 days to get. Once got poles, some where damaged. We settle with keeping moat but did have to send back one because it was dented. Finally got pole and then realized it was too short. So called and talked with them to find out that we got the wrong poles to begin with. I wanted them to just send another 15' pole but they can't do that because that is not right. Or we can get all new poles but that would take weeks. There best option.......we cut the poles ourselves. Needless to say, never again will I go through them."
