"Horrible experience. She didn't set up my primary insurance to start when I needed it. I had to go a month without coverage. Completely left out explanations and details about how I would be billed for my supplemental and when the charge hit my bank account we went into the bank to file a fraud alert because we didn't recognize the company (different than the actual insurance carrier name). And, the supplemental started a month before my primary which did me no good because for that month it covered services I wouldn't need. The insurance company couldn't make the adjustments. They said because it was done through Zenas she had to help me. I called Zenas four times and sent her three text messages and she ghosted me. I should have run the other way because she was never on time for any of our calls and I had to work really hard to get her attention. Busy doesn't always mean credible, professional, or knowledgeable. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND."

"Talked over the phone with her over 2 weeks ago got my information, stated she was going to get me quotes for insurance. It’s been over 2 weeks and nothing, I’ve tried calling, texting and emailing and no response. If you didn’t want to help or were too busy just say so."
