"Was in an accident, not my fault. Other driver sighted. Run around for days to get a rental and it finally came to a my attention that the officer used the witness name on report . Of all the people I have talked with in the last 5 days, nobody caught it but me. I can't drive my car, ins approved rental, but her ins says no that my car is drivable. CIRCLES!!! Finally blew up in which I apologize for but jeez!"

"State Farm is a great insurance company. I have only been insured by them my entire life and the service is great - until I worked with this agency. Let me be clear, Nicki in the front office is great (the only reason for a 2-star). My issue is that I never spoke to the actual agent, Lisa, despite requests for contact. I had a claim on my homeowners (basement flooded) this was discovered while I was in the process of selling the house. I eventually sold the home and thus cancelled the insurance. Little did I know if you have a claim and cancel your insurance (even if you sell the house and don't need it anymore) you get banned from State Farm for 3-5 years! No one told me this when I called - we could have even mitigated the ban by switching renters insurance policies. I asked to talk to Lisa and she never called me. I get the sense of incompetence from this agent. If you are a State Farm fan like me, there are plenty of State Farm Agents - go talk to someone else!"
