They have provided us with ample options on coverages, given us any discount possible, and have been openly transparent about all aspects of insurance. Recently we made an update to our bundled home/auto policies and Jessica explained all options and what they meant, along with any pricing differences. She was very transparent about any documentation that was needed from us in order to process our update, and gave advice on how to get them. It was very simple to send the docs as well. Once the documents were sent, I received a notification that everything was accepted and the update was made. It was a painless process, and we feel that Holobaugh Insurance is the reason.
