"Last year I was in the hospital from having a heart transplant and my children’s father had to take my son there. He let them know that . He took off work but had both of our sons with him and she refused to see my son because his brother couldn’t go to the back with them. Waisted time off. Dr. Trista’s assistants are more professional than she is. She walks in, NEVER greets parents or the children. Just starts going over the work that her assistants did. I had to ask her what is she putting on my child’s teeth. She rudely replied, fluoride. She’s very rude. No wonder other dentists are taking over, though there was no explanation of why."

"Do NOT take your child here! The reviews are right. It is extremely unprofessional. They tried yelling at me and threatening to bill me finance charges FOR THEIR MISTAKE! The young girl on the phone just kept saying "if you dont pay you will collect finance charges" after I explained to her SEVEN TIMES that they have the wrong person and I paid my bill IN FULL!! Im not understanding what she wasn't comprehending but she FINALLY realized the mistake and instead of apologizing LIKE A PROFESSIONAL, she just said, "oh, we need to look into this further, but ignore our messages"....YOU THINK??? a month later I got a statement for $2. YEA OK! WAIT FOR THAT PAYMENT. I DON'T OWE YOU ALL ONE RED CENT! So sad because my child has been going there for years. It's gone downhill bad."

"Dr. Trista has the absolute worst attitude and very rude. I will not be taking my kids back. We’ve been twice and my first time should’ve been my last. Both times we went there was mysteriously an insurance problem. I called my insurance and she refused to talk with them after she told me to call them."

"I really wish I would have checked reviews first. Anytime I took my older son, there was always something. But I let it go because they were so nice on our first visit. However, when we needed our second son to start getting care, we booked and appointment and showed up to the appointment just to be told they cancelled it. Huh?! How do you cancel my appointment without my consent? They said they called me twice to confirm and I didn’t answer. I missed the second call because I was at work! The first call was automated and when I pressed “1” to confirm, it told me there was an error and disconnected the call. I called the office back both times and got their voicemail. I left two messages saying we will be there and asked them not to cancel, just to arrive and the front desk lady (or anyone) hadn’t even checked the voicemail. What is the point of running a business if you are going to cancel all your clients? The family behind us also had their appointment cancelled and the front desk lady mentioned they cancelled a lot the day before. How does a business run this way? Zero stars. I’m so annoyed. I should have listened when two different people said they didn’t have good experiences here. Please do not waste your time."
