"I was taken right in, treated extremely well by all the ladies (receptionist, intake nurse, doctor, strep swab nurse and x-ray tech) who took care of me. Everyone who couldn’t leave because of me (got there thinking they closed at 4:00) wished me a Happy Mother’s Day and said they hoped I felt better soon as I left."
"I would strongly recommend choosing a different urgent care. It was incredibly disorganized and dysfunctional which makes it no surprise my urine culture was never sent to the lab. I was seen here for a suspected UTI for which the standard is to send a urine culture to the lab to confirm the right antibiotics were prescribed. If the culture comes back as something else or negative then antibiotics are adjusted or discontinued. Seeing that I have already taken half of my antibiotic prescription while waiting for results that apparently are never to come, the results would now be unreliable if I were to give another sample. Taking cultures before administering antibiotics is one of the first things taught in nursing school and it’s quite a shame the NP that saw me didn’t seem to remember this basic idea."
"I just went to urgent care in Lyndhurst. Was barely seen by Melanie Hall. I had come a week ago to be seen because of a cold from my children got strep tested and it was negative. Came back a week later because my cold had turned into a sinus infection. She told the nurse to not even check me in when I got into the room came in and I felt attacked she said why are you coming in again I just saw you. I told her that I felt attacked should I go somewhere else? She said she was trying to save me money by not having to pay for another office visit. If I had cared about the money I wouldn’t of even come. I felt attacked I left I told her I wanted to leave she blocked the door for a minute and then I said please let me out. I have never in my life been made to feel like my sickness is less than worthy of another appointment.I will never go back there. I try to stay all with Cleveland clinic but no thanks."
