"I've been a patient at this dental practice for over a decade with a mouthful of dental implants handled with precision and care by Dr. Levinsky. I called to address an admitted error on their end, hoping for a simple resolution (they had my phone number marked as ‘home’ and therefore, I had not received a notification to schedule a cleaning). Unfortunately, the office manager, coming off what must have been a bad day, took their frustration out on me, yelling at me over the suggestion of an expedited appointment. The interaction was so upsetting that I ended the call in tears. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service from a place I once trusted and held in high regard. I hope they address these issues for the sake of future patients."

"Waited maybe 2 minutes before they called me. Hygienist was thorough and pleasant. Took needed X-ray and discovered a possible infection/cavity that needs to be addressed. Dr. Khavis knows his business in terms of teeth. On the way out, I got help with insurrection from a knowledgeable receptionist. Definitely recommend."
