"I have been trying to schedule a dental appointment since December 2023. However, it is now February 2024 and every time I call, I receive conflicting information. One person told me to call on the first of the month to schedule an appointment for the following month, as their appointments get booked in advance. But when I followed this advice, I was told that I should call on the 16th or the last Friday of the month instead. When I called on the 16th, I received the same advice as before and was told to call on the first of the month. to make an appointment for the next month. I've never been here before, but this experience is enough to make me not want to come here. I simply wanted a cleaning service, but unfortunately, it seems like it was too difficult for them to provide. If I had the option, I would give them zero stars. However, I had to write a review I had no choice. If you don't want to waste your time trying to book a cleaning appointment, I would not recommend this place."

"I called and made an appointment on 12/11/2023 at 11:32 a.m. for today, Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 1:45 p.m. as many do, I rearranged my schedule to be there and upon arrival, 15 minutes early, they had no record of me whatsoever! SO, if you must go here…my advice is to call in advance, repeatedly."

"I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and had to have an extraction. I was very warmly welcomed and Dr. Michael took my tooth out swiftly and quickly. He was very engaging with me too. This was a great dental experience for me today."

"I started taking my daughter here when she was 3 days old....she just turned 4 months and we no longer go here. We used to see Dominique Shields for medical and I loved her, but as far as everything else I did not enjoy bringing my daughter to this place. The Hispanic lady working front desk never seemed to be friendly even if I approached her wth a smile or tried to be nice, but I noticed she seemed to be more friendly when dealing with other Hispanic patients and that really bothered me. I now take my daughter to Christ Hospital in Liberty and am SO much more happier there! I feel good about the care my baby is receiving now and how friendly the people are. It's really a fresh breath of air! Dominique was the only good thing about this place."
