"Take hours to see a doctor. It a hit or miss when it comes to the staff having a good day. When you already know what is going on with your kid and need meds they always have to see them before hand. I think thats how they get their money. Its costly to have your kids at this doctors office."

"Dr. ZakelJ has a horrible bed side matter! I brought my children in for a well check. She was rude and condescending, “completely off base”She was anything but welcoming! She had no concerns for my children’s health or feelings! If she did she would have been polite and caring. She was anything but that! This was my first encounter with her! Everyone one else I have ever came in contact with in this office has been welcoming and Pleasant! This was the worst experience I have ever had! I would never allow her to see her treat my children again! I couldn’t chalk up the experience as she was having a bad day! We were her first patients! It was very disappointing! I have recommended this office to many and I will no long do so for this reason! Janelle Smith"

"I don’t know why I keep coming here. Every single visit has taken more that an hour. The only one physicians assistant on site at any given time. No Doctors, only 3 rooms and serves a large community. It’s also dirty and out dated. I pay too much into my insurance to put up with these conditions! This will be our last visit. Also it took 10 minutes for someone to come out to take our temps in the cramped waiting room during the covid pandemic. I was also told since we have private insurance we would be have to be put on the waiting list for a flu shot."

"Always able to get seen in a timely manner. Have not had an issue with getting needed referrals. The only thing is I never know which doctor my kids will be seeing but they all have been great. Just tired of telling the same story over and over again."

"Takes forever to get and out. Staff is very inconsistent, rude, never calls back, will blame another staff member for any and all mistakes. Dr is never there. Some staff go over and beyond and others do not care what so ever. I was told I was being rude because my baby had been screaming, crying, vomiting, having constipation, was spitting up for months nonstop and nobody wanted to actually help me. My son had reflux and it took 5 months to be referred to a GI. So yes I was Rude because my child was in pain and nothing was getting done. GI doctor told me they should have referred him sooner because his pain for months could have been avoided."
