"I can NOT begin to explain how EXCEPTIONAL the ladies at this office are! They are very flexible and will work with your schedule. They understand and are compassionate when life’s unexpected moments occur. They are all caring, knowledgeable, helpful, personable and genuine. These qualities are rare to find anymore but they all hold the same values. Madeline “Ms Maddy” has been an absolute godsend to my family and I. My 3 year old has a speech delay, and I was apprehensive, emotional, frustrated and tired. From the first meeting, she put my mind and heart at ease. I feel like Madeline has become more like family. We play, we learn, we laugh- and sometimes cry- but she’s there for it all. With the kindest heart and the patience and knowledge that has made my son’s progress possible. What she teaches us and practices with us works and we use these every single day. My son loves her so much and gets so incredibly happy to go see all the girls, and give his Ms Maddy a big squeeze. Look no further!"

"We were Leary at first trying them. We had our son to other therapy places and none of them could work with a large families busy schedule. For Ms Maddy and the office, it was not a problem at all. Our son his had some delays, and we had found medical professionals in the past talk down to him or not at all, but for Ms Maddy and the staff that wasn't an issue. We had been told by many adults her should have been speaking more clearly and mom guilt was a big thing... With the help of Ms Maddy that was gone. Each time we went in, she welcomed his personality, she understood when he needed a break and she made the therapy fun and engaging where he felt seen and felt smart. Ms Maddy became a trusted adult and in today's world there aren't always adults that a child can trust. I will forever be grateful for the help they offer and I tell everyone to go there!"

"As a parent of a child with a past significant trauma who waited in line with Akron Children’s Hospital Occupational Therapy staff FOR MONTHS to experience subpar care, I was incredibly frustrated with “the system.” When my child’s primary doctor recommended Community Therapy Center instead, I was very hesitant to “get back in line.” However, the wait time was weeks instead of months. Not only that, my family has encountered the most incredible, emphatic and devoted individualized care I never new was possible. Since beginning, I have brought three different children for services in Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy. While I and my children have our favorites, there is not a soul in this practice who doesn’t put patient needs first. Scheduling is incredibly easy, there are reminder texts, emails and calls to keep my on track and the staff is actually incredible, courteous and flexible with scheduling. I sincerely am so grateful to have found this practice and for the positive impact it has on on my children’s formation."

"When my four year old was having outbursts and the methods of discipline I was trying were failing, my pediatrician recommended occupational therapy. He has been attending for a couple months and I see very positive changes in his behavior and I have been given the tools to help him calm down and deal with emotions better. The staff is very caring and appointments are always on time."

"A very emotional day in this household. My baby graduated occupational therapy. These three ladies have been here for us through thick and thin. They have helped dj learn the techniques he needs to have successful day at school and home. They have listened to all our tears and all of our proudest moments. They taught dj that it is okay to stand out. That autism is a diagnosis, not a label. They were there for him when he was balling his out asking why he is different then the other kids at school. He has learned to not have meltdowns, but to talk it out. He's no longer hitting at school, his eyelashes are almost back and he is confident with who he is. They were there for me when I was at my end with the school. They helped us have better days. I will forever be thankful for these ladies and the job they have. Thank you for everything ❤️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️"
