"Blueball vets. Don't take pets there. I took Lucy there last month to get her nails done right before they closed and I called straight back and said they don't even look like they have been done and they made every excuse as to why they still look long She has never had an issue before then The girl when I asked if I could bring her back in and have redone for no cost said no so I told her that the next time I come in I'm gonna talk to the vet about it. Today I called to see if I could get some prednisone and a.muscle relaxer for my dog for her back since they were close to closing ( they have done it before) The girl said no we can no longer take you here with your pets. I said excuse me, why? She said you told the vet that you no longer were going to come here. I told her I have never spoken to a vet ever on the phone from there and I never said I was not going to not bring my pets there for care. I told her I did tell the receptionist( who has like a speech impediment) the same one who clipped my dogs nails that I will have to go elsewhere then to get her nails clipped and that when I bring my dog back to the vet I am.gonna let her know what the girl told me. Well I guess that girl told the vet that I wasn't coming back period and they closed my account I asked to speak to the vet and they said no and hung up on me"
