"I just called to see about getting an appointment with a Behavioral Nurse that show on google as working there. The receptionist was like I don't know of anyone by that name working here. I said ok she said let me check ...then just within seconds says we used to have someone here by that name but they are not here anymore. Duh! Not a good experience for a first time call. Guess we will try somewhere else. Not can I help you with maybe getting an appointment with another person do you have a question. Horrible customer service."

"I will preface that I’ve not received care at this facility. I’ve been in care for 2 years and yet to get treatment. I’ve heard great things about the therapist, so this rating doesn’t go to the care northkey provides. The scheduler are the issue. Who ever the scheduler are through have no knowledge on psychological care. They won’t return phone calls, they randomly assign therapist, then you go and find out they aren’t trained in severe disorders. The therapists were honest and told me they aren’t trained to work with my disorder and don’t know why I was scheduled with them. The psychiatrist nurse is amazing but northkey kicks you out after they realize that you don’t have a therapist(which again isn’t that I’m not going, but been in limbo because the schedulers aren’t trained to properly put you with a therapist that fits your needs.) since I have Medicare this is my only option to receive treatment, but again it’s been 2 years and still no treatment. So now I’m lost on what to do, and left worse off than I was 2 years ago."
