"Today at the massillon giant eagle store, I saw the greatest act of kindness I have seen in a long time. There was an elderly woman who was having trouble with her husband. The older gentleman looked stuck, and was unaware of his surroundings. One of the cashiers took control after she noticed his wife’s dilemma and helped him drive the stores motorized cart back to their car while his wife walk beside them. The cashier helped get him get into the car. This took quite a bit of time. The cashier was kind and patient. Wow! This whole experience brought tears to my eyes and faith in the kindness of people."

"This Giant Eagle is one that still has a hometown feeling to it. First we showed up close to the deli closing time. But Chris was very polite, very helpful and didnt mind slicing some meats up for us. Then on the way out we had a very nice checkout cashier named Joe. Nice Giant Eagle to have in the neighborhood."
