"Everyone is always very friendly when we go in for our checkups. I have been happy here for three years. My big dog Zeus thinks he is a bit so he gets on the chair to wait. Then there is the chihuahua Scrappy and kitty Psycho. They are always well taken care here."
"The staff and Doctors are amazing. They have treated my fur babies as if they were their own. We have always gotten the best of care. Not to mention the prices are more reasonable than all other vets offices. Definitely recommend them. Sometimes you will have to wait but that’s only because sometimes emergencies happen and they get a little backed up but they have always made up for it. "I’ve been waiting to make a honest review until all my dogs were transferred to another vet. It’s official so I’m going to tell you my experience. The doctors are nice, the staff not so much. If you have an emergency you’re out of luck because they don’t return calls even if you leave a voicemail. My first issue was I scheduled my puppy for her vaccinations and sat there for a whole hour to be told that they can’t vaccinate my dog because one of the assistants messed up. They did somewhat fix it by waving the fee of just bringing them there the next time.. My dog got fixed there and they never did a follow up call to see how my puppy was even doing. Just small things like that where I feel like my dogs are just a number there and all they care about is money. I tried voicing my side but no one was willing to talk which is why i turned to this. I have a new vet now who is constantly checking up on my dogs , send out reminders for upcoming vaccinations and they are ALWAYS on time. I gave two stars because the twin vets were always pleasant and the price is much lower compared to other places.. Hope your experience goes better than mine. Good luck."
