"This store has been poorly run for all four years I have lived in Aurora. It's a horrible experience every time they're always completely understaffed, the lines are always way longer than they should be and in four years there has been zero improvement. Pay the extra $2 and go to Heinen's it's worth it. The fact that people still shop here and somehow accept this low low level of service is unbelievable. I think the only reason it's still in business is the location makes it convenient. If I was looking for a case study on how not to run a grocery store I would look at this Marc's as a key example. I guess they don't pay well either because they are always hiring and have been for the last 4 years. Sometimes I think it's surprising how high the suicide rate is in America but then I go to Marc's and I understand why it's as high as it is."
