"Love Target. Probably my favorite store for all things from housewares, to camping to pet or pharmaceuticals. This location is the best staff wise, other locations like Mayfield Hts definitely should spend some time training here at this location (Bainbridge/Aurora) to see how customer service is SUPPOSED to be."
"Wanted regular checkout but only self checkout was open. On the last item I and the whole screen completely froze. The associate really did try to be helpful but nobody knew who had a key or where any manager was and it took ten minutes for anyone to even respond to her multiple radio calls. Totally ridiculous. Had to rescan everything at another checkout. I appreciate she at least tried but the rest of it was a total cluster. And of course I had a bunch of frozen food and still had a bit of a drive home."
"Very nice Target. Clean, organized, and very helpful staff. Currently all employees wear masks due to COVID-19 and the store recommends it for shoppers. All the Christmas items are in store now. The seasonal section is looking a little shopped-over so maybe do your holiday shopping sooner rather than later this year. Was shipping for toys and there were plenty. Was able to find the Jurassic park dinosaur set, play dish set, and coloring books that I was looking for. Check out was easy with lots of lines open. My cashier was very friendly and nice."
"This Target is fantastic and customer friendly. Each time I needed help the staff was available to assist. The store was clean and well stock and at checkout the staff greeted you and ask did you find everything ok."
